Putting the Customer First
Are you thinking about their needs or your needs?

Marketing, Ticketing and Development share a patron base, a database and an office space, but often don’t share strategies, plans, and successes throughout the organization. From booking, to donating to attending an event to ongoing communications, learn how other organizations keep the needs of the Customer at the forefront of all activities in order to positively impact the bottom line.

Seeking individuals/organizations that are truly putting the customer front and center of all activity?  Have you done customer segmentation?  Are you organized around the customer?  Do you have interdepartmental meetings to ensure a consistent message?  Are you doing other things?
