For all of you on V11, we're currently in the testing phase and have questions about email addresses and logins. I've listed a few questions below and would love hear what others are doing.
1) We have a substantial number of constituents in V10 with a N1/N2, who more than one email address and the addresses are not identified as N1/N2. We will not be able to clean this up before migration to V11 (and it's not always clear which email goes with which name) so we are considering mapping primary email addresses to the household and add'l email addresses to N1 affiliate. This will allow unique logins for both email addresses as well as streamline extractions for our wordfly emails. Did anyone do this, or can you give me reasons for not doing it this way?
2) Do you have unique accounts in V11 who want two email addresses? We're discussing making them households and then adding an affiliate with the same name solely for the purpose of having only one email address per id number. Is this a good/bad idea?
