We have many 'outreach' databases that sit outside of Tessitura (e.g., contacts at schools and universities, individual Center/Department Director contact lists, government/agency contacts., etc.)
Keen to know how you manage these? Inside or outside of Tess? If within Tess, do you identify as a Constituent type or another way? Any tricks to keep these organized and up-to-date. If outside of Tess, what software program do you use? How do you keep the names/details fresh? How do you handle opt-outs?
Any insight that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Kind thanks.
