We at The Australian Ballet are looking to establish an outbound call centre for both telesales and telefunding.
I’m gathering information for an internal report to outline the investment and anticipated return. I wonder if anyone would be keen to share with me some percentage results from either telesales or telefunding? For example, what proportion of sales/donations are currently collected via outbound calls, how long have you been telemarketing/funding, have you experienced a growth in revenue as a result of these ventures and if so what percentage?
And of course if you have any other gems of advice or information they would also be much appreciated!
