Hello,
I am pretty new to the Tess game, and was looking for help on where to start with a research project:
I am trying to compare ticket sales from our past season which just ended to the presales of our upcoming season. None of the new season's orders are seated, only paid for and reserved under the specific events.
For the new season:
Is there a way to generate a list of patron names for unseated orders for a specific event?
Where could I break down a list of patrons and see how many tickets/ $$ spent per patron on a specific event?
So far for the new season, there is only one mode of sale being used, and two price types. The number of tickets per event a patron may purchase is variable, and this is not under a package.
Thank you in advance for any assistance/ clues you may have for me. I would appreciate any feedback you might have.
Seeya at the the conference!
Andrew
Hi Andrew,
Have you looked at the Single Sale Order Listing report? I think this should give you what you are looking for!
Another option is to use the Order Search screen to find all next season’s orders and then save the results to a list. For instructions on how to create a list from order search results, click here.

Thank you, Beth and Kevin. This was a great start for me. I have tried both of these options. I am still trying to figure out how to get more granular information:
The Single Sale Order Listing Report as well as the order search lump the patron's entire order payment and order ticket total in to one line (each order has multiple events, as our subscriptions are a la cart style), whereas I am trying to find patron names per event as well as payment of each patron for a specific event/ # of tickets each patron purchased per each event.
Thanks again for your help. If you can think of anything else I'd surely appreciate it!
