QAS addresses

Wondering who out there is using QAS integration for addresses. We are looking at this product, and would like to speak to some folks who are using it already. Have you box office employees adjusted well to using it? Does it make address entry easier or harder? And are you seeing improvement in your mail delivery rates? Any unforeseen issues come up after instillation?

If there's anyone who would be willing to speak to our Marketing and Communications people offline, that would be great to... just drop me a DM here.

    We have been using it for a few years now both on our desktops and on the web.  Acceptance is good and it is definitely fewer keystrokes for new address entry.  The box office staff took to it easily.

    How are you using it on the web? Are you doing some real-time correction? Or displaying something to the customer?

    Displaying to the patron so they have the option to override.  Go to our site and register, and try it out:  lyricopera.org

    Also, I highly recommend using the batch QAS tool on your database at the start.
