Has anyone implemented WordFly's new box office insight/custom screens feature? If so, has your experience been positive? Why or why not?
We had one heck of time getting it to work. I guess we were the first ones to ever run into a problem with Tessitura trying to pick up the web browser. Once we got it work, we had no problems with it. It does help the box office staff look up what emails are being sent out to patrons.
