In this panel discussion, we'll look at Tessitura constituent data such as interests, ranking, attributes and contact preferences to construct a useful customer profile to better target content and programming offers. Special attention will be given to how this information can be used in the more robust and granular constituent model in v11. Following brief presentations, join our panellists in an open discussion where you can share your experiences and ask your questions.
This session is a Panel Discussion, a new session for the 2012 Conference. This Panel Discussion will contain a brief, less formal presentation than a standard peer to peer and then discussion will take centre stage after the presentations.
