My understanding of the NCOA utility is that it does not repull an address in the future if it has been returned once as invalid address (NCOA$DNM). Does anyone know if there is a way to override this? It seems like it is possible, depending on when you run your utility + when someone submits their address change details to the USPS, that there could be updates to an address at a later date. If the address is always suppressed in the subsequent utility runs, then we will not get that address.
