Measuring Repeat Attendance

How do you pull repeat attendees within a given season? We used to use Tickets - Season and Tickets - Num of Unique Performances...but in the last few months (following an upgrade?) that is no longer working for us. We're getting thousands, intead of hundreds of records. I have not been able to sort this out with IT. Is anyone else having the same issue? Are there other criteria you use to I.D. repeat attendees (coming more than once in a given season)?

    I don't know why that combination of List Manager criteria isn't working for you.  Because it used to work and now it doesn't you may need to start a help ticket.

    When it was working, and you were getting hundreds of records, did you have any other criteria in the List?  Were you maybe taking out season ticket buyers or something?  I'm grasping here, but also hoping there is an easy answer for you.
