2011 TessStats Needs You!

Are you plagued by questions like these?

·         I wonder who else is running their Education Program through Tessitura.

·         How many other organizations are using virtual servers and what software are they using?

·         Are other organizations integrating Tessitura with an accounting package?  A phone system?  A point of sale system?

·         What does the IT staffing structure look like at other organizations my size?

·         I wish I knew more about what features other organizations were rolling out and which vendors they were using.

Well, your days of wondering are over!  These questions, along with a myriad of others, can be answered with information from TessStats, the annual Tessitura community census that collects and summarizes data about Tessitura users and their environments.

TessStats needs you!

Notification was sent this week via email (which you can view here) to the Business and IT contacts and TASK Helpdesk login holders at all licensee sites.  The value of the census data increases with each submission received.  All Tessitura licensees, sub-licensees and usage rights partners are asked to take part in the census so I'm asking everyone to urge your organization to participate.  If you are a sub-licensee or usage rights partner and didn't get the notification, but would like to participate in TessStats, please reach out to the primary IT or business contact or TASK login holders for your group.

Now that I've got you all excited to participate, let me say that while we are very interested in hearing from all organizations that use Tessitura, submissions must be limited to one per organization.  If more than one submission is received from the same organization, only the first entry will be included in the compiled results.

Once compiled, the TessStats results will be formatted in an electronic version and made available to ALL licensees, sub-licensees and usage rights partners (but not to vendors or outside parties) via the Tessitura Network website.

If you have any questions about the census, feel free to contact us at TessStats@tessituranetwork.com.

Thanks!
