tracking list trades

How do you track list trades in Tessitura?  If we send a brochure to a list we recieved from another organization and that list is not in Tessitura, how might one track the responses to it?  We want to use 'Brochure' as the Source rather than have a List Trade source.  Any good ideas?

    I make the Brochure the appeal, and the source be where it comes from…inside or outside. Set the sources up in advance and have the mail house put the source number in lieu of the Tess ID in the address label.
