Hey all-
Just looking at maybe doing a little more slicing and dicing with source code reporting and wondering what reports group by the source code media field? It's not a field we currently use.
Thanks,Steve
Hi Steve,
I didn't mean to reply to the group, but since it's posted I should at least clarify. The Media Type field from Sources is available as a field in T-Stats. Feel free to send me a conversation if you'd like to hear anything more about that.
Chris
No standard reports group sources by media. The primary purpose of the media field is to record media related expenses (like the per piece cost of a brochure) for sources.

This is a great candidate for a custom criterion for lists and extractions. When running lists based on promotion response you can then filter by media - i.e. people who responded to an email offer in the last 6 months, or suppress people who have received the brochure for 5 years with no response.
Here is a sample of the entries in T_KEYWORD for a criterion for promotion media:

Steve-
Chris had that question mark in his answer about T stats and so I had to try it out and Media type does exist under Ticket Appeals (just in case you were wondering) in the Tickets Cube. I never really went looking for it. Thanks for sending me that way! It seems to work. We use that field but never really use it again. But now that I see I can pull the data out in T-stats.. it gets me thinking!!
Thanks!
