Online postcard printing services

As a cost-saving measure I'm debating the merits of using an online postcard printing service for a low-quantity mailing. Has anyone used one of these services? And can you give me your impressions of quality in relation to the benefits of time and expense?

Thanks!

Clint

  • Hi Clint--

I have used Gotprint.com in the past for several projects and they have always given us very high-quality final products with quick turnaround. In terms of expense, their pricing for postcards is pretty reasonable: http://gotprint.net/g/showStaticPage.do?page=postcards_pricing.html

    Hi Clint,

We use PS Print for printing postcards -- http://www.psprint.com/ ...

The only trouble we're having is that we can't find a mailhouse that can inkjet addresses on to the gloss postcard stock they use because it smudges, so mailhouses have had to put labels on them. We're investigating other options because the labels are more expensive than inkjetting (and don't look as good). We've been very happy with the quality of the postcard, though, and the turnaround time is fast. The postcards are better looking (since they're four-color) and cheaper than our local printer. They do have a matte stock that we're considering.

    Good luck!

    Leigh
