What are you trying to bring in groups? Have you altered your definition of a group (conceptually not necessarily the number of tickets)? Are you getting more targeted and more personalized in your group marketing? Are you offering additional services or experiences?
The TLCC planning committee is looking for presenters for a group sales session about group sales strategies. Group sales does not need to be in your title to present at this session, and your ideas don't need to be new, just something more than giving a discount for tickets in bulk. If you think your organization has some good ideas when it comes to marketing groups let me hear about them. You can also let me know if you have a colleague out there doing a good job who you think I should talk to.
