We use Prospect2 to send out a "Know Before You Go" e-mail a couple days before the show that includes some generic info (parking, lobby hours, etc). It also pulls in the title of the show you're seeing, the date, start time, etc- based on your order. I'd like it to also pull in the shows run time. I know there's a "duration" field in Product Manager. Is there a way to use that to pull in this info?
