Meta Conversion API with TNEW

We are needing assistance with integrating the Meta Conversion API with TNEW. We are wondering if any contacts could assist us with an issue we are experiencing. Once we made the Tessitura conversion, we are not able to see the conversion data on Facebook. Our Developers don't have specific experience in this area with TNEW.
