Looking for recommendations you all may have on platforms for texting and push notifications that integrate with Tessitura. We're looking to add this to our lineup of tactics to utilize both for constituents in Tessitura as well as for alternate contact lists that exist outside of the Tessitura database.
We are looking to utilize it for performance reminders to our patrons via text 'know before you go', or notifications for things like 'parking is hairy out there - please leave extra time today as you plan your arrival' or for rain delays for outdoor performances. We are also looking to utilize this for communication with performers (lists that exist outside of Tessitura). In any case, we are aware we'll have to do an indepth work up of what we need for rules + regulations / permissions.
Any suggestions for platforms you love, hate, etc or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I implemented crowdEngage for us this fall. Give them a look (and please tell them I sent you).It's not relevant for SMS outside of ticket holders, but perhaps you could find what you needed via dummy performances that are separate enough to not create other problems.
