Our organization is in the process of introducing Tessitura and we need to make the call on Choosing Wordfly or Prospect2 for EM deployments. We are currently using Mailchimp for our EM deployments. They are some older threads from 6+ years ago on this topic, so I wanted to start a new discussion to see if there are any more recent opinions on the pros/cons of each platform. Thanks to all!
We've used both platforms (right now, we're with Prospect2). The biggest factors are probably price and whether you want to track interactions back and forth with Tessitura. Both have good editing platforms (Pro2/ActiveCampaign is more robust with automation, but I think WordFly is easier to rebuild). WordFly has a smaller team and I've found it easy to ask for updates, and I don't have a direct line to speak with people at ActiveCampaign (we work through Pro2). WordFly is definitely more design driven. I haven't used Mailchimp, but WordFly is easy to customize desktop and then recustomize for mobile, without having to go into the backend code view.
