Hello Network,
I'm fairly new to Tessitura and am still finding my feet and am looking for a bit of advice. I’ve been trying to put a list together to see if there is any crossover in Ticketing History between some of our Learning and Participation events. I understand how to do it across two events but how to do it over more is baffling me? As if I put HAS in the Operator section for all the different events it immediately cancels out anyone who doesn’t have them all!! What I need is a and/or Operator – is there a way to do this without having to compare each event with one other event at a time?
Thank you in advanced

If you just want anyone who bought one performance out of several, then yes, one criterion and select all the performances from the dropdown. If that’s the only criterion in your set, then it doesn’t really matter if you use HAS or IN. When you only have one criterion they function the same.
If you want to look at overlap, you should use an extraction. Add a different segment for each performance. For the segment criteria, only select one of the performances each time. After you generate counts you can look at the Suppression Report to view the overlap.
