Hello Network,
I'm fairly new to Tessitura and am still finding my feet and am looking for a bit of advice. I’ve been trying to put a list together to see if there is any crossover in Ticketing History between some of our Learning and Participation events. I understand how to do it across two events but how to do it over more is baffling me? As if I put HAS in the Operator section for all the different events it immediately cancels out anyone who doesn’t have them all!! What I need is a and/or Operator – is there a way to do this without having to compare each event with one other event at a time?
Thank you in advanced

Hi Kelly,
Can you give a little more detail on what you are trying to do? Are you trying to find anyone who purchased something from Group A and something from Group B? If the criteria you are working with has a dropdown value, then you can add the criterion, let’s say it’s Performance, select all the performances from Group A from the dropdown, and select Has for the operator. Then add the same criterion a second time, select all the Group B performances from the dropdown, and Has for the operator.
All criteria in the same pane are joined by And. If you select multiple values from a dropdown for criterion, those values are joined by Or. So in my example you would essentially be saying find everyone who bought perf 1, 2, or 3 and also purchased perf 4, 5, or 6. They have to have purchase something from Group A and something from Group B but not everything in both groups.

Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your quick response.
We have 9 performances and we want to find out the percentage or how many people have been to one or more of these events.
So, do I just put all the performance codes in one line and have HAS as on Operator? And this should list all the people who have been to these performances.
Then is there a way to see what the crossovers are? Maybe a report or extraction?
Thanks
Kelly
