Data export for social media partner

This might be a simple question- but I've been asked to pull a report that shows:

  • daily ticket purchases for the last 3 years
  • Patron names
  • Amount paid
  • Order Date
  • Phone
  • Email
  • City/State
  • Zip

I tried pulling and extraction for ticket purchasers over the last 3 years and then exporting that to a list..  But that's shows the patron's info- not their full ticket history.

Any advice?

  • Hi Mike -

Sounds to me like you need a unique Output Set to go with your List/Extraction.

I'm not sure how to read the "daily ticket purchases for the last 3 years" in connection to the patron detail---sales counts and customer details are different reporting concepts. If you meant it as a patron detail about their varying order dates, that would be the customer detail version. Be wary though, you'll need exactly the right configuration of that output set element (custom SQL I think) to get them to appear in a usable spreadsheet style though. Tessitura's native return of multple values is to repeat rows until all the variations are present.

You can also dabble with this in Tessitura Analytics. A dashboard would let you have one widget for sales detail and another for patron detail. (An absolute sprawl of info though).
