This is slightly off topic from Tessitura, but can anyone provide recommendations for audience research firms (providing mail survey and focus group services specifically) that they have used, specifically in the NY Metro area? We have a couple of vendors in mind that we have worked with in the past, but we’re interested in hearing what other companies you all might be utilizing.
