Hello, Wondering if someone could provide some best practices. How do you go about tracking in-kind donations in Tess? We have accepted donations for our upcoming gala that will be used as either live auction packages or in the event's raffle. I know from previous experience that the value of these items should not be counted until they are "sold" in the auction however I'd like to track the value of these items in Tess for donor giving history. I also know we are not supposed to include a value when we send donors a letter thanking them for their in-kind donation.
