I've noticed an issue that staff households are being pulled into snail mail extractions. Our organization is in Tessitura with an organization type, and relevant individuals are affiliated as employees to our organization.In extraction manager it's easy enough to create a suppression of all employees associated with an organization. The issue is that I don't know how to also suppress the households they are a part of based on the individual being affiliated as an employee. In the diagram below, I'm trying to suppress the items circled in red based on the organization.

What if you created a list in list manager to get the individual employees based on the organization, and then in extraction manager create a suppression segment that looks for constituents on that list. Then in the "Replace Individuals" tab at the bottom, select "Replace individual with household and add all primary affiliates" - does that work to also then suppress the households?
Alternatively you can try to add in all the peeps and also add in the criteria of constituent type = individual
Hi Sara, that works! I was incorrectly assuming that the Replace Individuals functionality was working on the list criteria and not the const IDs that the list criteria was generating. Thanks!
