I am looking for a way extract the data from the Season Overview into a pdf or excel file, especially the data regarding the capacity (total seats count), total sales (total tickets sold) and comps, but I can't find any reports in the 'Report/Utility' section that allow me to see these numbers.
Could help me to know how can I extract this easily?Thank you in advance,Axel
I think you might have better luck doing this via Tessitura Analytics. I've pulled lots of data with price types, comps, and venue capacity and exported them to excel files for further use and analysis.
Thanks for your reply Gregory. I also tried to build something via Tessitura Analytics but strangely I am finding data that are slightly different from the ones displayed on the Season Overview. Would you know why?
For instance, for the same performance, I might not find the same capacity (different from a few figures).
Hi Axel. Season Overview Setup has some handy report alternatives. Is Performance Sales Summary going to give you what you need.

I tried to use the Performance Sales Summary report but it displays some error messages because it takes into account some rehearsals etc, and I only wish to have data for performances. Also it doesn't directly give me exactly the same total seat counts than the the total sales figures from Season Overview. You mentioned "Season Overview Setup", I don't know how can I set t up? Where do I access to this section? Can I create a custom report?
Season Overview Setup is the help menu topic and guide for setting up season overview. The set up of Season Overview at a top level is handled by the System Tables T_Defaults, TR_Season with Budget amounts entered into performance General tab.
I assume that you can't edge out the rehearsal (maybe it's the etc) with performance start/end date. Performance Sales Summary by PT Category might work for you too.
You could certainly create a custom report but analytics might be the better way to go for measures of capacity.
