I'm putting together a plan for our team to begin a telemarketing campaign for 2023 subscription renewals.
Has anyone ever used the "plans" functionality in Tessi to do this? Any other ideas on how to accurately use and track data of unrenewed/lapsed subscriptions?

We do it - I'm still a bit new to the job and if you bear with me till after next weeks launch I can dig up some of the info.
I have also done it at other orgs but ended up moving to use CSIs. I wrote a cool report that updates the report lines to yellow when you add a step and green when you close the CSI. It works best if you have a 2022 Attribute with the name of the person assigned or segment so that you can distribute.
