Hi all,
We have our Literature Festival coming up in a months time and with 350+ ticketed events. Our customers find it extremely useful to view up to date availability on a screen/monitor when they come in and see us due to the high volume of events. Made media, our previous web provider was able to set up a slide show style display which pulled availability directly from Tessitura.
As we have now moved to TNEW, we are wondering if this functionality can replicated?
Any examples of this working with TNEW, or if there is another way in which upcoming events and there availability can be displayed that would be great.
Thanks,
Phil

Or if you use the Listing Page you can use parameters to filter the listing page to today, date range, keyword, season etcThat might help get around the single Prod Season. eg:https://my.wheelercentre.com/events?view=list&startdate=2022-09-14&enddate=2022-09-19
For that Limited availability message in Product Editor > Listing you can set the token to display the number of seats under a threshold if you like eg: Limited Availability: Only {:AvailableSeatCount} Tickets Remain!
PROPERTY NAME Performance Limited Availability Message DESCRIPTIONText that displays when a performance has low availability. This only displays when "Performance Availability Messaging Enabled" flag is set to True and "Performance Limited Availability Threshold" is set to > 0. {:AvailableSeatCount} token in message will display quantity of tickets remaining. This will override the setting at the product type level.

You can zhuzh it up a bit by using a combo of calendar, day span and start date being the date you want to display
