Hi All
We just launched out 22.23 Subscription Campaign and I am on quest for trying to determine the total number of Subscriptions sold. I have tried looking in reports and analytics and am at a lost. Other than going through every constituent account and counting them I can't seem to find a way to find the total number of subscription sold.
1. Is there a report?
In analytic I have been able to create a pivot table with the following criteria
Constituent ID
Sub price type
Total Number of tickets
*****************************
*******************************
Is there a formula to find the total number of subscription sold?
Example:
Kat Alvarez (Constituent )
Student Super series (sub price type)
5 plays @ $20 per play = $100
2 subscriptions = $200
10 tickets total (2 tickets per play)
2 subscription
Data Need
2 subscriptions. -- This is what I am having trouble finding.
$200 (total revenue)
1 student super series (price type)
Thank you for any insight.
Thank you
Kat
Additionally, there are two reports that I use: Package Sales Report and Package Sales by Campaign. Package Sales Report only shows seated packages, so if you have unseated, they won't be counted. Pkg Sales by Campaign does include unseated packages. Keep in mind, if you allow exchanges, both of these get out of whack once exchanges begin. The same is true with Analytics. You will get better dollar amounts in Analytics if you use Original Amount Paid. I hate to advocate this, but I just started a sub tracking excel sheet this season for our org for once exchanges started so that we can have an accurate running tally. I'm happy to discuss in further detail if this is new to you, but just know that sub tracking (particularly year over year with exchanges) is the white whale. And everyone kind of has their own methodology. The best foot forward is to decide what you will base your truth on and as long as you're comparing apples to apples, you're doing ok.
