Bulk update contact point purposes

Hi everyone! I'm new-ish to the big, wide world of Tessitura, and have run into a bit of a road block with our contact point purposes. We were on Wordfly, however with the recent outage, moved to MailChimp in the interim. During this time, we've had 900 users unsubscribe from our mailing list. 

I've searched the forums and can't see any sure-fire way to bulk update these contact point purposes for our constituents; does anyone know of a method?! I would really prefer to not manually update 900+ constituents; I'm not saying I'd sell a kidney just yet, but given we are now two days out from opening our first production for 2022...a solution would be really, really nice. Please help me, brains trust!

  • Hi Kristi! The email we sent out was to update those impacted by the Wordfly breach, and in the interest of transparency, we included anyone who had received a Wordfly email from us over the last couple of years. This included ~6k users who aren't current WF subscribers, and I expect this group will account for a majority of these unsubscribes. So, overall, we aren't surprised given the circumstances.
