Hi all! Writing from South Carolina Children's Theatre. Has anyone had success installing Facebook Pixels into your TNEW/Tessitura to track ticket sale conversions from Facebook and/or Instagram ads to final sale? If you have, I would be thrilled to have some directions to pass along to our developer. Thank you!
We have a Facebook Pixel installed on our website that tracks sales through from ads to final sale - it doesn't live in tessitura though, its on our website for tracking conversions etc. Unfortunately I wasn't around when it was implemented, just letting you know it is possible :)
