Hi all, apologies if this has been covered previously but struggling to find it on the forum. I have been off Tessitura for a few years at different organisations, but at my last office with it we had access to a Who What Report.
This essentially pulled a list of how many people purchased tickets to other events as well as the chosen events. For example, if I selected Nick Cave, it would say Elvis Costello 72, Emmylou Harris 54 etc. It was a great way of pulling emails lists and potentially looking at marketing to fans we didn't think crossed over.
Is there a version of this somewhere in V16?
Thanks for your help
I don't think so--that sounds like a custom report job to me!
For each show I create lists of ticket buyers with analytics checked.
You can use those lists as a filter Seat and Tickets dashboard (or widget) to have a look at what else they've purchased.
Bonus if you add in a Constituent Jump-to dashboard to a pivot table you can create a Tessitura List out of a selection.
I do this as well, in Analytics. I call it my "Crossover Report," but there may be other titles. The widget I use is Production Season, with "# of unique Constituent ID" to see the instances of other seasons.
The only thing that trips me up is when a show is titled the same from year to year - for example, we've had Paul Anka a zillion times, so it may give a false impression that that's our highest crossover even if it's actually just a few per season. FYI, I do filter out my super-frequent attendees like high-level donors. I find that since they come to everything, it skews my research!
