Does anyone currently handle new acquisition subscriptions at the same time as renewal? We are looking into combining the windows and I am hoping to chat with someone who currently has this strategy about any challenges or things to watch out for!

Hi, the Boston Symphony does this as well. We have a renewal window of a certain amount of time, and at that same time new subscription sales are available for purchase. Happy to also talk thru further if you'd like.
