Hi friends in Marketing!
I'm wondering if anyone out there is doing a real bang-up job with posting content/trigger warnings in a way that isn't so in-your-face. We have a divide in our audience of folks who either want to know nothing about what they are about to see and folks who want to know every noise, line, and light cue. So I'm working with our web team to build a space on our purchase pages that would jump to either a new page or a pop-up that would show all the information.
Effectively I want it to be visible enough that folks know it's there, but not "THIS IS THE WARNING" to still allow folks to be able to click through and see.
Anyone got any examples that you've seen or are using like this? Please link me!
thanks!
Joel
Hi Joel - No example to share, but I offer the recommendation of using an accordion/expandable to hold this content. My understanding is that they're fairly standard code and are reasonable on mobile (vs pop up), and it would allow you to clearly present that there is something to read but keep the actual info out of sight until a patron chooses to see it.
