Are there any Tessitura organizations that currently work with Mailchimp?
We are integrated, but running into some hiccups with setting up automated emails. We would love to connect with any users that have experience with setting up Customer Journeys in Mailchimp- how were those set up? What hiccups did you run into? How well does Mailchimp sync with Tessitura? How is attendance data handled or referenced in Mailchimp? Those sorts of things.

We are currently in the process of integrating Mailchimp and Tessitura using MonkeyWrench, because we are excited to set up more customer journeys. We have started exploring them without the integration, doing simple journeys with manual data uploads. How has your experience been so far? I'm wondering if you're available to connect to discuss how you managed contact permissions? We are currently looking into mapping them to keywords, and then having those Tessitura keywords link back to Mailchimp groups. My email is smherrera@ucdavis.edu. Thank you!
