We are exploring the idea of implementing a referral program to increase audience engagement that will create incentives for the person who refers someone and the recipient. We want to start simple, but would love some automation, if possible. We are RAMP and WordFly users. Has anyone implemented something where a constituent can easily send a coupon or code to a friend, and in return get a discount? We did a customer journey mapping and one of our endpoints is that a customer will advocate on our behalf. We would love to track this with an engagement behavior, and not a survey. I appreciate any insight, or direction to documentation.

It’s such a great idea, maybe use a membership model: It is possible to transfer membership to another person.

Thank you for the feedback. We decided to try a really low tech route for now just sending emails to test the program. We are going to A/B test an offer that is a flat price off, and another that is a percentage offer. I will report back here in a month or so to let you know how it goes!
