We are new to Tessitura and considering moving from Campaign Monitor to Mail Chimp for the Tessitura integration. Is anyone willing to chat about pros and cons of Mail Chimp and how it interacts with Tessitura? Would also love to connect with someone who has actually done a conversion.

We are using Mailchimp without the integration and have been moving towards onboarding with Monkey Wrench and would love to be part of any conversations about that experience.

I am happy to chat with you. We were previously on Mailchimp and were plannig to use the Monkey Wrench integration when we moved to Tessitura. HOWEVER, when I looked into it, I found that no other organizations were actively using that integration. And the demo was probably the worst demo I have ever had. The third party that created it really could not answer any questions. That was in late 2020 so maybe things have changed, but I was not at all comfortable with that solution.
We moved from MailChimp to Wordfly to take advantage of the integtration with Tessitura and have been happy with that solution.
