Does anyone know of a report that will provide contact information, as well as complete Subscription History and Performance History for a list of constituents? Something like the Full Bio report would be ideal, but the full bio report gives Subscription information only for active seasons (usually the last two seasons) and doesn’t pull Performance History.
We’re currently using a labour-intensive workaround involving multiple output sets and hours spent in front of excel spreadsheets.
In a perfect world, this report would also give selected customer service issues and promotion responses, (we use these features to track non-renewal reasons).
Any suggestions would be most welcome! Thanks!
