We're going to migrate to one of the two Tessitura-integrating email platforms in 2022. I'm trying to budget for any extra consulting I may need beyond the initial implementation. With either platform, did you find that you needed some additional consulting hours to get fully implemented or did the initial implementation cover everything you needed? What's critical to us is that in our initial implementation, we will need to get the automated concert reminders all set up.
We were able to manage in our initial implementation for Prospect2, though had quite a bit of in-house expertise on that front. Given all of the changes with COVID, we've temporarily suspended our automated concert reminders in favor of a manual approach, primarily to give us a little more flexibility on the messaging approach.
