We'd like to start a couple of triggered campaigns:
We need a way to get accurate lists to use with these campaigns, but then we have a logistics question: how do we send the first "soft ask" campaign to everyone (two or more visits) and then kick off the "hard ask" campaign without sending to those who qualify? Is it as simple as a list exemption? We want to ask them again if they continue to come without signing up for a membership after the "soft ask" email.
Any insight from those with a similar experience would be appreciated.
