Our TNEW information no longer shows on our Google Analytics including everything from page views to e-commerce data. For some reason on August 4 something happened and it's like TNEW became unlinked from our Google Analytics, does anyone have any suggestions on what I might try to troubleshoot?
The same thing happened to us on May 3. There was never any explanation. The only way we were able to resolve was to add the TNEW tracking to Google Tag Manager. Previously, we had Google Analytics tags installed directly rather than inclduing them in tag manager. I am not sure what your set up it. But if you find a reason for the issue or get more info, I would love to hear about it!
