I hope this finds you well and in good spirits in these crazy times.
We're looking at apps that integrate with Prospect2 to send SMS reminders to people that have registered for an online session by purchasing a ticket via TNEW.
Has anyone got any experience of this that they'd be willing to share? All information will be gratefully received but I'm hoping someone in the Asia Pacific region has a nugget of gold!

I'm on the East Coast of the US so don't know if these programs will work where you are. We purchase our short code through Twilio. Twilio does long code as well though. We also have an account with PlusThis. PlusThis is where I do all of the SMS work and once I have created the message and the conditions it gives me a web hook. I create an automation in Prospect2 that triggers that PlusThis webhook. When I first went online with this there was a process I had to go through to get Twilio connected to PlusThis. But once I had it set up and all figured out, it is pretty seamless. I would think that you could set up a Prospect2 "performance" based Tessitura integrated scheduled campaign to send those reminders. If it's not performance based you could set up a custom view scheduled campaign instead but might need help from your DBA or IT to write that view. I hope that helps.
