Is anyone using Mail Chimp with the Monkey Wrench connections? My organization wants to move from Wordfly, but I don't see much chatter from anyone using Mail Chimp.

We were using MailChimp when we launched with Tessitura. We were told about the Monkey Wrench API and had been planning to use it. BUT when I went to research it, I found that only ONE other organization (and they were shut down due to COVID) was using it. The Monkey Wrench sales rep had absolutely no knowledge. I would definitely NOT recommend going that route! We are using Wordfly now because the integration actually exists... and there are multiple clients using it with Tessitura. Thanks Tracy! That is good to know. I am going to share this with my Marketing team. I was a little worried when I didn't see any other comments in the forum. I did talk to a Mail Chimp rep recently and he hadn't heard of Tessitura or Wordfly, which was a bit of a red flag for me.
We explored the possibility of using MailChimp/Monkeywrench and the demo I got just wasn't impressive. The integration seemed overly complicated and not complete. We've been using Prospect 2 for years and have been very happy with the integration with Tessitura.
