First of all I want to apologize if this is discussed in the forum before. I tried to search the forum, but didnt find it. If this is the case, please direct me to the thread :)
Today the Nationaltheatret in Oslo only collect the customer data on the buyer of the tickets. Since nearly 80 % of our customers buy 2 or more tickets, its fair to say that there is a lot of customers that we dont have data on.
So how do you guys do it?
Do you collect the info of everyone? If so, how do you make this GDPR compliant?
Do you collect the data in another way?Best regards
