We are working on getting triggered word fly emails set up for performance reminders and post show survey emails and I am running into some troubles with the list set up. A little background we are 5 theatre campus and in normal times have all theatres running simultaneously. In height of season we can have up to 13 shows in one day. So the goal is to send a performance reminder 5 days out, unless they purchase the show less than 5 days out we still want them to get a reminder email. So I have followed the Tessitura and wordfly documentation and here is screen shot of my list criteria.
The problems I have
1. I am using the Promotion Appeal with Promotion Response date to suppress anyone who already got the email so they don't keep getting it, but the issue is if they have not yet got a performance reminder they are not in that appeal and therefore do not pull
2. We want to pull a list per production but even though my list is set with a certain performance name. Patrons who have multiple shows with in the 5 day time frame it does not necessarily pull the correct performance in the output.
Any help or guidance anyone is willing to give would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Kelsey - You're not the first person to need to talk through how to tackle this. I grabbed a few of the threads I've replied to over the years--hope our various voices from the past give you some good advice. They may not 100% align, but there's good stuff in them. (Top level tip: it's all about effective parameters and distinct campaigns.)
