We are 4 Nottingham (UK based) arts organisations setting up a consortium to cross sell between venues (by means of Tessitura). We are only in the Test period - our aim to go live in Januaray - so are about as green as can be.
I write however to enquire if anyone out there in this expansive, information sharing, TT community, can offer any advice on consortia approaches to campaign set up. We are looking for continuity of terminology, and structure within Tessitura in relation to 4 very different arts venues. If anyone has advice or pointers as to how we can more effectively manage this process it would be most appreciated.
