Pricing Rule- Two Productions, One Adjusted Price

Hello - What is the Pricing Rule setup to do the following:

• Select one (1) ticket from Production A @ $29.00
• Select one (1) ticket from Production B @ $25.00

The grand total is the discounted price of $39.00

I've tried setting this up 10 different ways and nothing triggers the discount.  

Help.
