Is there anyone out there that is using Tessitura and runs a Shopify store? If so, could you please contact me. I have questions!
I know there is a connector in the works. Wondering if anyone has found a work around until then.

Hi Wendy - Jeremy Fry with the Tessitura Network here.
We have built out two integration to two different Point of Sale systems. One being SalesVu and the other being Shopify. The integration includes looking up Tessitura Patrons in either Point of Sale system to confirm their Membership and Level to apply an appropriate discount for their retail purchase. Additionally, the integration will push that Member sale back to Tessitura and show up in their patron record on a Custom screen. The final current piece of the integration is the ability to use Tessitura issued Gift Cards/Gift Certificates in your retail store in addition to using them at your admissions desk or box office. Through the Point of Sale, you will see the remaining value on the Gift Card/Gift Certificate, use it as payment, and be able to see in Tessitura the decrement of value in any GC reporting.
