We have a triggered email campaign running daily as a membership campaign, where people are asked to donate. Is it possible to report on a dynamic list? Each time it creates a new source code for the campaign and the records are promoted with this communication, but we're struggling to pull the data to see the return based on this pool of people
Is anyone able to help please?

My initial thought is that you map all of these sources to a dedicated Appeal, and then focus your reporting on presenting all results within that Appeal. I've used this strategy with dynamic list criteria as suppression elements, but not for reporting.
I'm sure there will be many details to decide within this, but I hope this gets you unstuck.
