We are reviewing our website purchase path needs and would love to connect with any organization that feels their website configuration handles any one or more of the following fairly well:

  1. A website purchase path that is stable and flexible overall
  2. Purchase path design that is intuitive, efficient, requires minimal ‘clicks’ for both tech-savvy patrons and those not as comfortable with electronic devices or digital purchases
  3. Patron message customization / personalization: leveraging pricing rules, etc. to allow or suggest custom ticketing or donation messages to patrons
  4. Select Your Own Seat (SYOS): for single ticket and ‘design your own’ series patrons.  Do you have a configuration that is mobile-friendly, easy and efficient?
  5. Subscription ticket renewal change requests: anything and everything from changing seats, performance dates, drop or add performances, changing the number of seats, different packages or sections, etc.
  6. Mobile ticketing features
  7. “My Account” feature: patrons can access a history of what they purchased
